Your responsibilities
Ensuring orderly financial and material planning (bank transactions, accounting, budget control, equipment) and internal project settlement.
Supervision of Project Finance Experts, instructing and supporting projects and project partner organisations (PPO) in financial management
Monitoring the status of monthly project closure, booking international staff cost sharing and overview of project closure activities in the financial system including KPI’s
Ensure costs are cleared internally within projects and between projects (correct allocation of costs)
Overseeing the annual reporting towards Head office including preparing annual account documents in cooperation with the Head of Project and the Country office
