Functional tasks:
Uploading the beneficiaries’ data in the physical treatment center to the project coordinator and follow-up when needed
Provides weekly data updates to the IMO official for submission to the HI . official
Sending the monthly data of the beneficiaries in the physical therapy center to the project coordinator to send it to the information management officer at HI in Amman on the 5th of each month, after the hospital administration has reviewed it
– Communicate and coordinate with the information management official in Amman in order to enter and manage data regarding the management of the physical therapy center at Al-Shaheed Hospital.
Providing efficient services (in his field of work as a receptionist) 7 hours / day, 6 days / week in coordination with the Administrative Director of the agreed work schedule.
