MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning Reporting and Stock Control
Daily cleaning of the centre;
Check and report weekly consumable stock ;
Procurement of cleaning materials from the market;
Appropriate storage of cleaning materials and equipment in kitchens;
Management of office refreshments and cleaning supplies in the premises.
Safe, sanitary food-handling practices
Maintain safe and clean environment in the centre;
Keep the centre clean and tidy at all time;
Emptying of bins in the centre and dispose of all rubbish correctly;
Regular cleaning of windows and doors.
Safe and Watchful use of Kitchen Equipment / Major Appliances
Ensure all Concern equipment remain in good condition
Careful use of all equipment, furniture and appliances
Other Tasks
Actively promote meaningful community participation and consultation at all stages of the project cycle (planning, implementation, M&E).
Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that the Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM) is functional and accessible, that feedback and complaints are welcomed and addressed.
Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that information about CRM, safeguarding and expected staff behaviour is disseminated among programme participants and communities
Supporting and promoting the standards outlined in the Programme Participant Protection Policy and Concern Code of Conduct to their team, beneficiaries, and be committed to providing a safe working environment;
Showing an acceptable level of communication skills with the staff members and beneficiaries;
Any other duties as assigned by the line manager;
MINIMUM SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Middle school completed;
1 year of experience in cleaning and caretaking with an employer;
Good command of Arabic language;
Basic command of Turkish is an advantage;
