Child Protection Capacity Development Deputy Project Manager
JOB OBJECTIVE :
The overall objective of the Child Protection Capacity Development Deputy Project Manager (CDDM) is to oversee the implementation of capacity development activities and strong coordination with MoLSA/DoSA/Reformatory Schools in KR-I, to ensure the strengthening of the child protection case management services provided by DoSA and Reformatory Schools Social Workers in Reformatory Schools, camps, orphanages, institutes, and in the community. He/she supervises a team of two Child Protection Capacity Development Officers (CDOs) (based in Erbil and Duhok and in Sulaimaniyah, the latter covering Halabja, and Garmiyan), who are themselves line managing a team of Case Management Coaches (CDCs) and PSS Capacity Development Coaches, (2 teams of 2 CMCs and 2 PSS CDCs in Duhok and Erbil, and 2 CMCs and 3 PSS CDCs in Sulaimaniyah covering Halabja, and Garmiyan; total 7). All staff in this project will be expected to travel to districts throughout the governorates in which they work.
