Case Management Officer
Role Summary
The job holder will be responsible for managing Case Management activities in Gaziantep under the supervision of Head of Office and technical supervisor. He/she will guide strategic plan and implementation plan, and manage staff members to ensure the delivery of the plan. He/she will not only follow related principles, policies and procedures but will also ensure that his/her team members abide by those and that they have the capacity to deliver their work. He/She is also responsible for capacity building of other staff members with consultation with line supervisors. He/she must be equipped with Turkish and English to handle external referrals and coordinate effectively with other organizations and institutions.
