Candidate Experience Specialist
Our Talent Acquisition department is looking for a Candidate Experience Specialist who will be based in our Istanbul office. This person will assist candidates once they have received an offer to hire. This role requires an agile associate who is detail oriented, organized, has strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to communicate effectively with associates at various levels.
Responsibilities will involve:
Provide customer service to candidates that need support in their hiring process (offers, BG and hiring).
Being able to have conversation to candidates and assist them with questions.
Research and resolve problems in a timely manner, finding the root cause of issues to provide accurate answers.
Support HR and TA knowledge database documentation.
Provide information, guidance and direction on HR/TA programs, processes and procedures to candidates, employees and managers.
Daily monitoring of employment compliance results in our systems.
May help design and build processes, reports and trackers to support these job functions.
Models compliance with CONDUENT practices and procedures and supports the company’s mission, values and focus.
Required Skills/Experience:
1 + years’ experience, preferably in Recruitment (minor experience) customer service is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills
Administrative skills needed.
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Being able to provide specific explanation on the Hiring process at all levels.
Able to work at the office in Istanbul/ Ümraniye
