Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or an equivalent field of study
Experience:
10+ years of professional administrative and human resources experience demonstrating knowledge, skills and ability to perform the job
Experience in a design/engineering office with a 20+ white collar employee is preferred.
5+ years of experience within a global organization
Skills/Competencies:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS software, recruiting and online applicant tracking systems
Ability to perform administrative tasks with a hands-on approach and take control on the overall management of the office environment.
Good written and oral communication in English and Turkish
