CASH & LIVELIHOOD MANAGER
General objectives:
Under the line management of the Field Coordinator, with the technical support of Deputy Country Director for Programmes & the Food Security & Livelihoods Coordinator and in close collaboration with support departments and the MEAL Manager, and in coordination with other PMs, the position holder will be responsible for:
Setting up and implementing the project in the area of intervention as per project proposal (elaborate the Standard Operation Procedures for the project, identification of beneficiaries, identification of project locations, undertake market assessments and participate to multi-sector assessments, ensure distribution of hygiene kits, winterization assistance and Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance)
Ensuring the continuous monitoring of the project is implemented and recommendations applied, in close collaboration with MEAL Manager;
Building the capacity of key staff members
Coordinating with any relevant stakeholders internally and externally (including representation as per Field Coordinator’s delegation of authority)
