Business Development Skills Trainer
Job purpose:
Orange aims to empower the economic situation of people affected by displacement through skills training and link to local markets by providing Productive Asset Support (PAS) to start their own home business (HBB) as well as training during the start-up phase of this business. Through the Kahrmanmarash Business Development Center, Orange offers several short-term business skills training opportunities as well as coaching services. The intended beneficiaries will have the opportunity to develop their business plans and register for a business competition that will be led by a panel of experts. The winning business plans will be supported by PAS and will be followed by dedicated trainers.
The business skills trainer will work at the Orange Center and will be supervised by the Livelihoods Project Coordinator to conduct training courses for the project participants within the framework of the Orange program and in line with the Orange standards.
