Senior Program Manager
work tasks:
Develop strategies, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational goals
Maintain regulatory standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Leading, managing, and supervising multiple program teams, ensuring that program objectives are reached and country strategy aspirations are achieved through program development, effective coordination, integration, technical support, and direction by ensuring a cohesive team spirit.
Managing budget and funding channels, ensuring program compliance, effectiveness, and maximum productivity
Develop program evaluation protocols for evaluation and improvement
Participate as a member of the mission's senior leadership team, working across functional teams to contribute to the mission's effectiveness
