Administrative assistant
Essential responsibilities for the position:
❖ Preserving, archiving, and transcribing all relevant sources, documents, and materials, and implementing everything related to the strategic litigation project by the project’s needs and the center’s policies, and taking into account the rules of digital security.
❖ Maintain and protect the confidentiality and privacy of beneficiaries and comply with the professional standards stipulated in the relevant regulations, protocols, and laws
❖ Facilitate and attend meetings with witnesses, victims, and stakeholders, write and archive minutes of meetings.
❖ Translating some files of the litigation project from Arabic into English and vice versa
❖ Executing project activities, organizing files, and preparing weekly and monthly internal and external reports.
❖ Any other tasks required by the project manager or direct manager.
