Job purpose:
Under the direct supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer is responsible for maintaining high-quality monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning system for Orange.
The role will provide direction and support to Orange employees with respect to monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning. The position will be required to establish and popularize monitoring, evaluation, and accountability systems in line with the Orange and International Humanitarian Principles. The role also coordinates all monitoring and evaluation functions and communicates with internal and external stakeholders under the leadership and direction of the Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator
