Livelihood Project Officer "Women Only"
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Development Studies, International Relations, Private Sector Development, Rural Development, or a related field from an accredited academic institution with three to five years of professional experience.
Experience in managing projects in complex contexts.
Previous experience in developing and implementing livelihood activities; Ideally, women's economic empowerment activities.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills.
Familiarity with projects involving implementation across multiple locations, and willingness to frequent field travel.
Good knowledge of vulnerability assessment/beneficiary selection processes and approaches.
Gender awareness and commitment to gender equality.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- prioritizes teamwork and contributes to a team environment; Integrates gender needs, perspectives and concerns and promotes equal participation of both sexes.
Strong awareness of safety, security, and risk management best practices.
- Fluent in spoken and written English, Turkish and Arabic
Strong computer skills, especially in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
