Senior Compliance Officer
Education and Training
University degree in accounting, business administration, financial management, economics, or any other compliance-related field.
Certified CPA Certificate in Turkey
Completion of the Certified Internal Auditor Program will be an asset
Experience
Minimum 3 years experience or equivalent in compliance, audit (internal or external), financial management, internal control assessment, etc.
A master's degree in a related subject may be considered equivalent to one year of work experience.
Professional experience working in a similar organization (International NGO or United Nations) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with and understanding USAID and other international donor regulations.
Experience in conducting interviews, inspections, and investigations would be an advantage.
