A Syrian professional civil society organization, non-profit, non-political, and non-governmental, was established in the third quarter of 2016 by a group of Syrian engineers residing in Syria, Turkey and some other countries, with the aim of working for Syria as a country and people, within five main specialized contexts in the engineering field .

The general body is the highest institution in the organization, which mainly elects the board of trustees, which sets appropriate plans for the organization's work, and follows up the work of the executive management directly responsible for implementing the organization's plans and programs.

Its temporary main office is located in the Turkish city of Gaziantep, in addition to its branch in the Aleppo governorate, which is located in the city of Atarib. It is active in all liberated Syrian regions from the governorates of Aleppo, Idlib, Hama and Latakia.
