الرؤية:
منظمة إنسانية صحية إغاثية وتنموية تحظى باعتراف المنظمات الدولية التي تعمل في هذا الإطار، من خلال إقامة مشاريع ريادية في العمل الإغاثي الصحي الإنساني.
الرسالة:
تطبيق مبدأ الريادة في رعاية العمل الإغاثي الصحي الإنساني في مناطق عملها، بواسطة كوادر متخصصة.
Since its establishment, SEMA implements a lot of projects in health sector including operating many hospitals (RH and secondary health care services), PHCs (covering all 4 levels with vaccination) and mobile clinics in addition to specialized health centers (Blood banks, dialysis centers, and prosthetic limps).
Furthermore, SEMA in cooperation with UNICEF and SCHF is working to introduce nutrition services to children under 5 and pregnant and lactating women, through MUAC screening, treatment of MAM and SAM cases, provision of micronutrient, in addition to raise the awareness of the targeted communities.
SEMA also provides protection services including: MHPSS, GBV, and CP services.
SEMA recently developed the work of CHWs, through establishing and running community health program, which contributed to raising the awareness of the targeted vulnerable communities.
SEMA also has a distinct impact in medical education and training, by supporting medical academies and institutes in Syria and Turkey.
SEMA provides online and in person training sessions on most up-to-date medical topics to help the staff strengthen their capacity.
