The SAMS team in Lebanon is continuing its ophthalmology mission in northern Lebanon
One of SAMS’ goals is to ensure that underserved communities in #Lebanon have access to quality health care. The SAMS team in Lebanon is continuing its ophthalmology mission in northern Lebanon, where we expect to treat 500 patients. So far, SAMS doctors have treated 100 patients and performed 70 cataract removal surgeries.
