Development project management training
Today, the development project management training, which was provided by the engineer, Mr. Omar Al-Rahbi, ended with an average of 30 training hours at the Amal Center for Advocacy and Recovery, as part of a series of capacity-building exercises. The training covered the following topics:
A basic introduction to development projects
Project manager duties and responsibilities
Knowledge branches of managing development projects
Preparation and design
Project preparation, project planning, project implementation
Monitoring and evaluation
Project closing
The training included comprehensive practical activities, in which 12 beneficiaries participated
