The Committee of the Displaced of Serê Kanîyê /Ras al-Ain visits the Afrin Social Association Center
The Serêkaniyê / Ras Al-Ain Displaced Persons Committee visits the Afrin Social Association Center in Qamishlo.
Today, Tuesday, a delegation from the Committee of the Immigrants of Serêkaniyê / Ras Al-Ain visited the Afrin Social Association Center, and the visiting delegation included Muhammad Salih Attia, Anahita Sino, Zahra Samu, Joan Esau and Azad Afdaki, and they were received by the director and members of the association.
This visit comes to offer congratulations and blessings on the occasion of the opening of the Afrin Social Association Center, and also to raise the level of coordination between the two parties.
During the meeting, they talked about the suffering, hardships and tragic conditions experienced by the displaced people of the cities of Afrin and Serêkaniyê / Ras al-Ain in the regions of northern and eastern Syria.
The discussion also focused on the demographic change and the violations that occur by the Turkish occupation in both cities, "Afrin - Serêkaniyê / Ras al-Ain" and the need to document these violations and submit them to the concerned authorities.
At the end of the visit, it was emphasized the continuation of cooperation and joint work between the Sere-Kaniye / Ras Al-Ain Displaced Committee and the Afrin Social Association in common areas.
It was also stressed the need to work together until the liberation of the occupied areas, in order to return safely to the indigenous people to their homes and end the continuous violations and demographic change.
