Language is the title of peoples and the identity that distinguishes them..Our language expresses our existence and our being..The Assyrian Women’s Committee, with the support of the Assyrian Society for Aid and Development, celebrated with the students of the Syriac language course (Doro Delishunu Sorioyo) the end of the first phase of the course in (Madrashito Dzalin)
At the beginning, Melfunetho (Evelyn Koreya) spoke about the initiative of the Women’s Committee to open the Syriac language course, about the Assyrian Society’s support for this project, and the importance of learning the mother tongue. She also thanked everyone who joined the course because he had the greatest role in the success of this course. Malfono (Korea Shabu) spoke about his experience and about Students’ desire for learning and their demand for it.. Malfunetho (Fahima Danhou) also spoke about her role in transmitting and facilitating information for students.. Malfunu (Yacoub Gharibo) emphasized the readiness of the Assyrian Society for Aid and Development to support projects that contribute to the dissemination of the Syriac language and everything related to the revival of heritage and folklore. Some students spoke about their impression and the benefit of this course, in addition to some suggestions for the second stage. Certificates were distributed to the students
