An independent civil center that cares about youth and women's empowerment and seeks to contribute to building an empowered society with qualified local leaders who participate in building the future

 It was established at the beginning of 2018 with a conscious youth initiative that believes in collective and institutional work, investing and supporting youth to enhance local capabilities and searching for independent sources of funding to facilitate and stabilize the process of change, spread a culture of tolerance and enhance the concept of responsible citizenship in society.
