It is an association that takes care of children with special needs, and was established by parents of children with special needs, with a license from the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor in Syria, and the head of the businesswomen of Lattakia, Mrs. Yasmina Azhari, who held the presidency of the association’s board of directors until 2014, becoming Mr. Muhammad Ahmed Sheikh Ibrahim, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association
They came to establish this association because of the urgent need for a place where their children receive proper care and attention for "Down Syndrome" and "Autism".
