A non-profit, non-political Syrian civil society organization, independent and licensed in Turkey, includes in its structure and cadres an elite of educated Syrians to work together to support Syrians at home and abroad as much as possible by international humanitarian standards.

The organization's goals:
1. Active contribution to the Syrian humanitarian file by working side by side with all Syrian civil society organizations that share our goals so that we collectively carry out our roles to the fullest in the Syrian cause.
2. Openness to all contributors to supporting the Syrians, whether they are individuals, organizations, or states, in a way that benefits the Syrians and does not conflict with their interests.
3. Filling as many gaps as possible in the sectors of education, health, food security, and camps as a priority.
4. Supporting productivity and development work and qualifying establishments and individuals to reach self-sufficiency.
5. Providing support and care for Syrian orphans according to the available financial and moral resources.
6. Strengthening the culture of justice, civil peace, and human rights and restoring the dignity of the Syrian person.
